You must own rights to the video to be processed. No copyright protected VHS tapes will be processed. Any pictures of Child Porn, Bestiality, or other illegal actives will not be processed and will be reported to law enforcement.
Since you are converting VHS to DVD, there will be drop out of quality of picture.
